Q: How do I set up a conference call online?
A: Once you have registered for your new account online you will automatically receive a reservationless True Audio and Web conference that you can use at any time. You will also receive a login and password that you will use to access your True Account Manager.
To set up additional reservationless True Audio and Web conferences:
1. Login to your True Account Manager through the True Conferencing website. (Once you login, you can change your password by selecting "Update My Profile" on the "Get Started" menu bar.)
2. On the “Get Started” menu bar, click “New True Audio and Web”.
3. Complete the required fields in the Setup page and click “Submit”. You will instantly receive your conference details on line and you will receive conference invitations via email.
To set up True Audio Reserved conferences:
1. Login to your True Account Manager through the True Conferencing website.
2. On the “Get Started” menu bar, click “New True Audio Reserved”.
3. Complete the required fields in the Setup page and click “Submit”. You will instantly receive your conference details on line and you will receive conference invitations via email.
Q: How do I cancel or edit a conference?
A: To cancel or edit a reservationless True Audio and Web conferences:
1. In the True Audio and Web window in the True Account Manager, click on the phone number associated with the conference you wish to cancel or edit.
2. To cancel the conference, click on the “Cancel Conference” button.
Note: Once a conference has been cancelled, it cannot be restored. However, you can setup a new True
